The Website and its content are made available to the general public through the internet and the mobile application resources. The property owner i.e. supplier is in the business of providing accommodation rental platform and has given access to us to promote its accommodations. If you use our booking service, we simply acts as bridge between you and accommodation provider by providing them relevant information given by you at the time of booking and at the same time accommodation details, tariffs/rates and room inventory availability are managed by suppliers through their exclusive extranet login. Mostly the information provided by accommodation providers found to be accurate but we cannot assure you that provided details found to be correct or accurate all the time. Since human errors may also happen for which we are not responsible at that time. But we believe on our supplier who will give accurate descriptive without any misleading or false information since it’s their responsibilities to carry own integrity.

Payments & Cancellations:

In respect of any booking, payments are collected by two ways namely pay at property and pay here. Some suppliers agree for payment against their stay once user’s visits their property directly. Some of the properties advise us to collect advance payments or full payments while user book their properties. These payments are made by credit card or debit cards or through any net banking by means of secured third party payment gateway CC Avenue which has encrypted SSL connection. Also the payment we receive from customers will be paid to suppliers within 24 hours of customer arrival to the property. All prepayments against your bookings will subject to property terms and policies. So cancellations done after booking will be charged according to property policies. Also refund of booking payments will be provided according to supplier’s policies and will be credited to their account provided during their booking process in our platform.

In the event of late customer check-in you are advised to contact your property and inform them about your delay so that they can block your reservations and not to be cancelled for you.

Fair Price:

We try to provide best competitive price present over today online travel industry. All our prices include GST and other taxes for your accommodations. All other stuffs like extra beds, food and other activities will be charged individually according to property terms and conditions.

Free for consumers:

Since we like to be customer centric no service fees or administration charges will be cost for any bookings or reservations confirmed by customer. It’s free let enjoy our services.

Intellectual Property:

Bout Trip owns all intellectual property rights in the Website infrastructure including software development, information, graphics, website design over this platform except where the Supplier (property) has provided its own intellectual property (including but not limited to text, graphics and pictures in whatever form) for display on the Website.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Bout Trip is liable or responsible for any loss occurred, paid whether directly, indirectly or consequential to you in respect of any measurable shortcoming happened over our Terms and Conditions and service to reasonable cost against your reservations. This excludes, but is not limited to, No liability for the use of the Website, the unavailability of the Website or any errors that may occur with the Website.

Indemnity:

Users indemnify us against all liabilities and damages incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions or as a result of any negligent act or omission by the user.
