How does bouttrip work ?

It’s just a simple and safe booking engine, for people who like to book their stay in resorts. Also for people who like to list their properties here. In order to book here you can sign up your own account with email and phone number or just book as a guest user. Choose your dream place and then select your payment option which completes your booking.

Whether guests have to pay anything?

Since we like to be customer centric no service fees or administration charges will be cost for any bookings or reservations confirmed. It’s free let enjoy our services.

How can I create an account?

It’s easy to sign up with us just enter your name & email or facebook account. Complete your profile in personal page section which includes personal information like your address, telephone number also don’t get forget to upload a nice picture. Feel safe with us we don’t share your information unless an accepted booking happens.


2 Bookings

How do I book a place?

If you have found perfect place that you look for? Ok fine enter your check-in and check-out date with guest details in respective boxes.

After this to complete booking process payment information will be asked, check your details once before you pay. You can pay at property or pay here according to available options. You can pay with your credit card or debit card or net banking.

Your reservation will be booked instantly after booking process, also you will get message and email confirmation from our team with property contact details.

We recommend you to contact the property via Bout trip mail or message services, for any queries that arise before booking.

Whether payment will asked by property when booking done by pay at property option?

It depends on properties, keep ready with full amount from the date of booking they may ask you at anytime for their confirmation policies or even ask for any advance payments to precede, so we recommend you to be ready with reservation amount.

How do I manage booking?

To manage your bookings you should sign up and login to your user account to edit your details or to send any messages or inquiry to property on behalf of you by our members. Cancellations of your bookings will be confirmed according to property terms & conditions and their own policies.


3 Payments

Do I need any prepayments?

Yeah certain properties may ask for advance payments once the booking is done even if you select pay at property option. You will be paid at website itself for some bookings to be confirmed according to property policies.

How does Check-in Happen?

After Reservation or booking is done you can contact property before two days of arrival, so that you can place a lunch or dinner when you check-in, by the way you confirm your arrival which gives them opportunity to greet you as soon you check-in.

What my Booking price includes?

We show you booked price that includes GST and taxes for accommodations, at some properties complimentary breakfast will be provided. It does not include lunch or dinner unless we mention meal added plan along with property list. Also your extra beds will be charged individually in accordance with person as per property rules. All extra pretty stuffs will be charged separately excluding your booking cost.

How do I get advance Information about my Property?

We here listed property which has reviewed from different sources with enough details in booking section, anyway to get further more information you may ask or write to us through mail or messaging services.

Whether my payments securely processed?

Yes it has been securely processed through https secure SSL encrypted connection. The amount paid for booking will be refunded only according to property policies.

What happens if you feel your stay is bad?
