Thank you for choosing “Bout Trip”. We take all efforts to ensure that you have a warm and a delightful holiday experience. Bout Trip believes that this holiday is going to make your Vacation as most enjoyable lifetime moment since it’s crafted on behalf of customer.To avoid any misunderstanding and to have a fun filled tour we request you to read following terms and conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
· We/us/company mentions the Bout trip.
· Bout Trip trading name is Bout Trip VA and we own the website Bouttrip.com.
· Tour represents any domestic or international travel organized by Bout Trip.
· Tour manager here represents the person who is specially designated for guiding/ taking care/ etc during entire travel duration.
· Guest(s) / Client (s) are total number of people who have booked their holiday travel with us by paying full amount of tour organized by Bout Trip.
· Bout Trip directly or indirectly may not be able to oblige or to carry our responsibilities during unforeseen circumstances like war, Political issues, Strikes, riots, civil war, revolution, rebellion, military orders, foreign enemies, natural calamities like storm, earthquake, floods, abnormal weather conditions, Hazardous emissions from nuclear station, contaminated radioactivity emission etc.
· Rates displayed here are for only Indian nationals, other than Indian national’s kindly contact our support team.
· Bout Trip reserves the right to change or modify the tariff or price mentioned in website, brochure or itinerary even after guest/ client has booked their tour with us with prior intimation at earliest to guest.
· Full and final payment only confirms their travel package and their initial registration money shows their interest of travelling with us.
· We will hand over vouchers / Air-tickets / Passports and all other credentials only upon receiving full and final payment
· Guest / Client need to disclose their medical fitness if requested by us before travel, also they are aware of undergoing activities involved in tour so that we can provide service accordingly to our best and we have all rights to cancel their tour if it’s found to be unsafe to the client due to their medical conditions even if they were not informed to us. We request them to have medical requirements and take care of them by own since we can’t provide at most service rather than them in medicine or health area since we organize tour with different members.
· Health of the guest / client during tour progress is at their own risk since they are aware of tour itinerary and it will be performed for group so its guest responsibility to take care of themselves.
· If Guest / Client get wound or ill in any part of the tour and were not able to enjoy the tour, in such cases we will not compensate or refund any amount to client.
· If the guest want to change their tour plan rather than they booked then respective cancellation charges against booking will apply and remaining can be used for new tour progress.
· The tour organized by us may not fit for medically infirm persons due to age, fitness etc.
· Registration or initial booking fee is non refundable and interest free.
· If client paid tour amount through cheque and if cheque gets dishonored respective penalty amount should be paid by client.
· Since the tour is organized well in advance the guest / client are liable to pay any extra amount to package offered due to sudden increase in exchange rate ( like dollar, MYR etc) and will be allowed to depart to tour only after this payment else not be allowed to depart. This change will be applicable when there is huge increase in price or exchange rate prevailed at the time of booking versus your journey.
· Boarding from other than mentioned airports in itinerary by guest / client will incur their own expenses made at respective airport for stay or transfers etc.
· Guest / Client are responsible for transit of their own baggage during travel.
· Standard hotel check-in time is from 1400 hours to 1600 hours and check out 10.00 am to 12.00 hours
· Any itinerary mentioned on the website is only a proposed outline of holiday and it may be uploaded in six months advance so it may be changed according to current availability. We will not assure any confirmed hotel reservations for your travel and it may change subject to availability at the time of booking. The price of package might change based on actual availability of the service.
· We reserves all right to change itinerary mentioned due to unforeseen circumstances and you will be informed regarding changes at the same time.
· Bout trip is not responsible for any rejection of visa to traveler since approval of visa is solely on the discretion of the particular country’s Immigration Authority. In case of rejection of visa and related travel documents nor will he be liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from. The position in respect of cancellation of tour by Guest/client due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of the client having applied for such documents through the operator. Even if visas are rejected, the stipulated fees of the operator shall be payable by the client. There will be no refund to the client, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the above said reasons. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit paid by the clients shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same.
· During holiday if you face any issues, you are requested to escalate Bout trip representative immediately. If your complaint is not addressed, you can write to us at support@bouttrip.com. Bout Trip is always like to hear from you and your concern will be shared with respective provider to improvise our service.
· Bout Trip is not responsible for any third party service providers like Hospitality in accommodation, delay during transport due to traffic, etc.
· Bout Trip is only a tour service provider and will not held responsible for any misdemeanor/omission acts such as ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel papers, etc. at any period (before or after) of holiday.
· Bout Trip will not be responsible for any malpractice, misbehavior or damage done to guest or to the property while on holiday with us since we deal with different services such as airlines, transfers, cruises, trains etc. it depends on vendors. But Bout Trip takes at most effort to deliver you extreme service.
· Bout Trip will not be responsible for Photos show in packages such as hotel photographs, sightseeing photos since we produce those photos uploaded by them and it’s their responsibilities.
· Travels Insurance can be bought before you travel by own or else we can guide through our respective agent since it’s not included in our package.
· All your transfers in seat coach basis during arrival, departures or sightseeing will be clubbed from 7 to 13 members and will be dropping off them at different hotels, so you agree with this transfers else you won’t agree we can arrange you private charter transfers at supplement cost.
· It is solely guest responsibility to carry valid and viable travel documents like passport, Visas and other immigration requirements to have a hassle free journey with us.
· Bout Trip reserves the rights to forfeit the non-refundable interest free deposit paid by the client to the company along with the booking duly completed for the tour booked by the Guest/client through website or offline offices. If the guest cancels the booking due to failure of tour payment schedule as informed by us at the time of booking or in the event of rejection of visa or guest unable to travel with us due to any reason whatsoever, including any medical ground or sickness, the non-refundable interest free deposits shall stand forfeited, and the cancellation scale will apply.

· If the child is trav
· If the child is travelling without a bed and suddenly if you request extra bed it will depends up on availability of extra beds at hotels also we can’t guarantee you extra bed unless you mentioned earlier at the time of booking.
· If the guest wants to deviate from original tour schedule He/ she should be informed earlier to us and additional cost incurred should be paid by them.
· Additional facilities cost availed at room like laundry, mini bar, food and telephone services etc will be afforded by guest at their own expenses.
· For all card payments, card charges will be borne by guest / client.
· All disputes regarding to tour and any claim arising therein shall be subject to Indian law court of jurisdiction at Madurai only.
· Bout Trip reserves all right to cancel the tour at any point of time and refunds to guests will be made in seven working days to their respective bank account.
· Refunds will be credited to same destination account from where we got credited for our tour payment.
· No refunds will be provided for any unused or missed services.
· No refund will be provided if guest cancels tour due to their new government policies.
· No refunds will be made if the tour is postponed indefinitely due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
· The terms and conditioned mentioned above govern our tour operations and its user agreement supplement only. Bout Trip employee or any other agent has no rights to modify or change our terms and conditions and Bout Trip reserves all rights to change or modify this ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any point of time without any prior notice.
